Terms & Conditions

  1. The Heineken Silver Champions League (“Program”) is an exclusive platform offered by invitation to select JTSEs, TSEs, ASEs and ASMs. of [●] engaged in sales of ‘Heineken Silver’ brand beer (“Product’) across India (“Participants”). Company reserves all rights to decide on matters relating to selection and admission (including disqualification) of Participants.
  2. Company reserves the exclusive right and absolute discretion to decide, including modification or revocation of all matters governing the Program including, but not limited to, eligibility criteria, tenure, terms & conditions, reward points, criteria, allocation mechanism, gifts etc.
  3. Company at any time can suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Program or admission of any Participant with immediate effect, without assigning any reason, and without prior notice to Participants.
  4. The invitation to Program shall be extended only to such persons who qualify selection criteria basis sales performance of Product.
  5. Reward Points shall be awarded in the manner described in the brochure. Reward points will be awarded and added to Participant’s profile on the Company’s online platform (“Program Platform”) based on sales orders placed by retail outlets mapped under respective Participant. Reward points shall be awarded only for the purchase of Products and not any other item from Company’s portfolio. No points shall be allocated or points shall be reversed, as the case may be, in the event the outlet return the Product purchased under the Program, during or after Program Period for any reason whatsoever.
  6. Points for sales volume shall be calculated once a month basis the consolidated data received. Points calculation for visibility and Trial images would be done weekly basis. Points shall be updated on Program Platform at the end of month. Company’s decision on the same would be final and binding on the Participants.
  7. If an enrolled Participant is inactive (i.e., no purchase of Products has been made by a outlets in his region) for up-to continuous 3 months, then the Participant will be disqualified from any of the future benefits that such Participant may have achieved later in the Program.
  8. The Reward Points earned by any Participant can be exchanged only for gifts, holiday trips or vouchers (“Gift Redemption”) of equivalent value, as offered in the Gift Redemption catalogue (for further details refer to the Awards page in the mobile App).
  9. Gift Redemption is subject to verification of accumulated Reward Points as per Company’s records and Program Platform.
  10. All gifts as offered in the Gift Redemption catalogue are subject to availability and will be made available to Participants for utilization post Gift Redemption. Note: For foreign trips it is mandatory for Participants to meet required documentation and immigration criteria on its own and the same shall be sole responsibility of the Participants.
  11. Participants can choose multiple gifts from the Gift Redemption Catalogue upto and equivalent to value of the Reward Points the Participant has earned. Reward points can be redeemed only once; gifts once redeemed cannot be exchanged or returned.
  12. Reward Points are non –transferable, non-negotiable, non-assignable.
  13. Reward Points can be used only for redemption of gifts from Gift Redemption Catalogue. Reward Points cannot be redeemed in cash or for any other offers or items not listed in the catalogue.
  14. Gift Redemption Period is starting 1st October 2021 and ending on 30th June 2022 (both days inclusive) (“Gift Redemption Period”). Reward Points left unredeemed upon expiry of Gift Redemption Period shall lapse and Participants shall have no right to redeem such Reward Points thereafter and shall not make any claims against Company.
  15. Participants will be responsible to collect the delivery of the gifts at the place, on the date and time as communicated by Company.
  16. Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participants from the Program, if Company believes such Participant has violated any Terms & Conditions of the Program or has indulged in any unethical practices.
  17. It shall be the sole responsibility of Participants to pay any applicable taxes or other fees or levies on the gifts.
  18. Company makes no warranty as the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any gifts, and provides all gifts on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company hereby disclaim all liability and responsibility for any loss claim, demand, expense, liability or damage (regardless such loss or damage are foreseen, foreseeable, unknown or otherwise) that might be suffered by Participant or any third party arising from or in connection with the gifts (goods and services) including, without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence. Participant hereby releases Company against any and all loss claim, demand, expense, liability or damage arising from or in connection with the gifts, including but not limited to the quality issues, product defect, etc. The Participant shall adhere to the manufacturers’ instructions and warranty as applicable.
  19. Company’s entire liability and Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy in any circumstance is that Company will exercise its reasonable efforts to pass on any warranty that Company has received from the manufacturer or the service provider, if any.
  20. Any dispute arising out of this Program is subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore only.
